will be led by, Barbara Bruni, owner
of Pilates Core Training and
Gyrotonic Studio. The first half
hour is a lecture on the principles
of movement. Learn how and why this
body/mind approach to movement is so
important in the holistic paradigm
of health and well being. The second
half hour is experiential movement
learning how to effectively execute
these principles. The last hour
progresses the principles through
more intermediate to advanced
