Wellness on wheels
From the ICU to mobile wellness: Danielle Waterman brings IV therapy to the Gulf Coast

For many, the image of an IV drip is synonymous with a hospital bed and a health crisis. But for Danielle Waterman, a nurse with a decade of experience, the IV bag represents something entirely different: a proactive tool for vitality, recovery and care before crisis ever arrives.
As the founder of Liquid Luxe Mobile IV, Waterman is bridging the gap between clinical expertise and luxury convenience, bringing hydration and vitamin therapy directly to the doorsteps of the Gulf Coast.
A Foundation Built in Critical Care
Waterman’s journey didn’t begin in the wellness industry. She spent more than four years as a critical care nurse in intensive care units in Kansas and Missouri, eventually earning her CCRN certification. It was in the high-stakes environment of the ICU that her philosophy on health began to shift.
“I saw the severe consequences that follow when people are forced to deprioritize their health,” Waterman explained.
Conversely, she noted the remarkable resilience of patients who had been proactive about their wellness.
This realization — combined with the whirlwind of moving to Florida, launching her husband Gabe Waterman’s chiropractic practice in just 90 days and becoming a mother — sparked the idea for Liquid Luxe.
She recognized a glaring need for care that was convenient, affordable and tailored to the busiest among us — particularly mothers and business owners.
Community and Performance
While Liquid Luxe is a savior for tourists in Pensacola and Navarre recovering from a late night out, Waterman’s core mission is long-term health.
“IV therapy isn’t meant to replace daily wellness habits; it’s meant to fill the gaps and elevate your current routine,” Waterman said.
This philosophy is evident in her monthly membership program, which includes a choice of drips, light therapy and add-on services. Clients report noticeable improvements, with some even seeing enhanced hydration levels reflected in their InBody scans.
The impact of Liquid Luxe extends to athletics and social settings as well. Recently, the Gulf Breeze lacrosse team used IV drips before a crucial qualifying game to combat debilitating muscle cramps. The result? Players reported fewer cramping issues during the game, which ended in a win.
From bachelorette parties and “IV parties” to vendor events like Spring Fest, Waterman is making wellness a social experience. For groups of six or more, she even coordinates additional nursing staff to ensure everyone receives high-quality, efficient care.
Safety, EXPANSION AND LOOKING AHEAD
Safety remains paramount. Every session begins with a comprehensive intake, vitals check and safety screening. Because of her background in critical care, Waterman is diligent about exclusion criteria, ensuring those with specific heart or kidney issues are referred to the appropriate medical channels.
For those wary of needles, the “Luxe” in the name isn’t just for show. Waterman offers numbing cream and focuses on creating a “luxurious, calming environment” in the comfort of the client’s own space.
Waterman isn’t slowing down. Plans are already in motion to expand the Liquid Luxe team and add in-demand services like peptides and iron infusions. She is also exploring partnerships with local hotels to bring wellness to the vacation experience.
Book a Session
Liquid Luxe operates on a fully mobile model with no storefront. Whether clients are at home, in an office or even poolside at a hotel, the “clinic” comes to them.
According to Waterman, by delivering vitamins directly into the bloodstream, the body receives nutrients immediately compared to oral supplements, which have lower absorption rates.
Services are designed to address common issues tied to busy lifestyles:
IV Therapy: Custom-tailored drips for hangovers, migraines and general fatigue.
IM Injections: Quick intramuscular vitamin boosts for those who are short on time but need an immediate pick-me-up.
Light Therapy: An add-on featuring infrared light for deep tissue regeneration and inflammation relief and red light for skin health and wound healing.
